Fitness is not just for athletes, its a lifestyle that everyone should strive for to prevent the negative affects of aging and improve quality life every day.

Braydon Lavery received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at South College in Knoxville, TN.

He started his undergraduate degree at Utah Valley University (UVU) to study Exercise Science. While studying at UVU he received a scholarship to compete in Track and Field and Cross Country with his best events being the 800m and the 1600m.

After 3 years at UVU he transferred to South College and received his B.S. in Health Science, and went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at South College.

Outside of work Braydon enjoys running, biking, camping, playing card/board games, and spending time with his wife Brittany.
